Greetings Lovely Chilluminati Family!!

I write to you because at some point in the last two years you signed up as a potential Chilluminati psytrance artist or volunteer.

Earthdance is coming up this weekend!

And we do need your art! So if you have any art, or deco, you would like to bring and set up, please bring it! Art, sculpture, UV or otherwise, is always LOVED so PLEASE bring it!! Talk to somebody at the front Gate about where to put it up, etc.

The other thing. . . we are a little short on staffing the GATE. Unfortunately we cannot provide comps for helping out with the event, our budget is very tight. To keep running the event we need a LITTLE help from our lovely Chilluminati family. So, if you could commit to sitting with one of the Crew for two hours only, we would LOVE your help. Your time helps us to keep doing these events. Only two hours! There just aren't enough Crew to do everything that needs to be done, and none of us make money at these events. (usually we are lucky to break even)

Please sign up as a Volunteer when you show up. We love you, really! Please write to us ASAP if you can volunteer or if you are bringing major art, so we can plan for it. Reply to this email. We will try to schedule you ahead of your arrival so tell us when you might most like to help.
